All About You…
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a complementary therapy treatment primarily on the feet but can be carried out on the hands, face and ears.
Reflexology is an ancient practise that has been used for thousands of years, originating from Egypt, India and China.
It is based on the theory our bodys organs and systems are mapped or reflected in our feet, hands, face and ears, with a series of reflex points that link them together.
Reflexology is a therapy suitable for everyone from newborn to end of life care.
Reflexology can be beneficial for a number of complaints, as it is a very individualised treatment which is tailored to you as a whole person, taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be effecting your wellbeing. We are also a very good listener!
